dark-eyed mystery you mesmerize & hypnotize
I know not what I do
you lead I follow why I do not know
man woman, not yet met yet your essence fills me
truth be told & will unfold to softly lift the veils
of hidden yesterdays of promised tomorrows
is this real I do not know I have no secrets now
my senses tell me not to trust yet my soul cannot abide
yesterday I would have hidden from such intensity
to question the reality
all I know is my heart leads me to something
so sweet, dear & true
